Hey all, New to speedrunning Luigi's Mansion, I know we speedrun it on Hidden Mansion, and I know you have to beat the game on regular first.

My question is, once you unlock Hidden Mansion, how do you keep a fresh save? As in, say i'm running, and I make a major mess up so I have to restart my run, how do I restart it without restarting the entire game save? Do I just have to not save at all during the run to keep the fresh hidden mansion run?

copy the save onto one of the other 2 save files first, if you reset, then re-copy it back to the first save slot
