Frame cutting is when a speedrunner just takes a few frames out of their run so it is faster, this is very much not allowed.
With a time of 20s 300ms in Prison break normal by RayPlayz1 I think could have some frame cutting
Evidence: 1.) 25 seconds in you can see his camera teleport to the right. It is very easy to notice. 2.) Once at the wall, the very millisecond the bar fills up the wall explodes, usually there is a delay.
Hope the mods can look into this
i do not entirely know about frames and speedrunning moderating but it does seem interesting. Mods look a bit into this
