The HuniePop Speedrun Mod is the easiest way to censor the game, and bind left click mashing without having to use a 3rd party program.
It also lets you set a framerate cap for the game, which helps prevent any potential hardware advantages from monitor framerates. And it has an in-game timer, as well as a robust Cheat Mode to help with practice/routing.
There are two versions, one for the January 23 update and one for the Valentine's update. Please download the correct version! Extract the contents next to your game's EXE (follow the HOW TO INSTALL image directions if necessary).

If you've installed it correctly, there will be version info displayed in the main menu. By default, Vsync remains on, and the Scroll Wheel, WASDQE and Control Sticks are treated as pressing Left Click. F4 returns you to the Main Menu for quicker resets without having to relaunch the game. These can all be changed using the Settings Editor.
