Do you guys also have problem with LOOOOOOOOONG loading times between map transitions? like almost 2minutes between each part of the map and random freezes in-game which persist for half a minute? Only happens for me on new engine. the old one runs perfect...
You probably have a slow Hard-Drive. Also try to lower texture detail, disable HDR, no shadows, low poly models and if you are really desperate try putting on console "mat_picmic 4" and "r_shadows 0"

Ok. solved. reinstalled Windows. now loading takes 6sec.. looks like it must have been some system settings or shitty windows updates.. thx anyway.
