Is the speedrun of Half Life WON version the same for Steam version?

They're a bit different because steam version allows above 100 fps (which is good for movement/enemies/health door) but it's handicapped by the bunnyhop speed cap (which you can sort of bypass by ducking instead of jumping), whereas WON version isn't. Steam has quickgauss, a trick that allows shooting a fully charged gauss charge using a single cell of ammo which isn't possible on WON.
