when i jump 2 time its giving me 400 ups and i saw some speedruns that the first 2 of these jumps gives like 500 ups help

i have this issue when i started speedruning on hl i think it will be the autojump command i use on half life

ok i improve my skills some times it will go 444ups some times 420 and often 480
