My mouse has weird lags when in play without RInput but it also makes my mouse useless in the menu/options. -Curser is not where it appears to be; Clicking only works sometimes and occasionally my curser is 'frozen' in the center of the game. Any ideas?

That's just what happens with rInput afaik there's no fix for it Use your keyboard to navigate through the menu
