Ever since the latest windows 10 update I've been experiencing fps drops. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Yea. It will most probably be update processes in the background. At least that's what caused some fps drops for me in the past.
Sometimes there are outside programs that are doing that too.
I got the same issue and i found out that after the update something happened and my computer was using 99% of my ram when only a chrome was open, I fixed this issue by going to regedit and went to this location 
After that i dubble click on start 
and change the value from 2 to 4 
then i restarted my computer, after that i never got fps drops again
Just do a clean install after upgrading, there is a few things that can break when you upgrade that only a fresh install can fix.
