I was playing the game, and there was a phase i couldn't get through, that phase you have to lower to pass the level

not sure what you mean by lower to pass the level, but look at some of the runs. Also, there are two levels you HAVE to skip.

Those sentences that have spikes up and down then you hold S or down and pass, but I can't

can you not just hold down and left?

the game bugs when its not played in "full screen" making the levels where you have to duck impossible.
