These save files are for the current any% route for GTA: Vice City Stories (US version).

However, some route changes have been made since the saves were made (24/2/2015). So you might have to go back a few missions to test a particular mission order. Most route changes have been made around death abuse and weaponry pick-ups so again, you might have to pick-up a gun etc. to test strats to the current route.
