In category %die a all run time is 1sec, but a lot of if check time will need be 1.450 or 1.350! Add miliseconds

Let it be the way it is and besides not all categories need milliseconds

I actually think adding millisecounds to all categories would break uncountable ties in the leader boards. I'll frame count if needed
