I think I found a pretty good route that requires the minimum number of actions. Combined with action skips, I was able to save a lot of time.

This game experiences a lot of crashes on modern PCs, but I was actually able to do the entire run with no crashes by playing in Windowed mode, using the software renderer, and a low 800x600 resolution.

There are still a lot of improvements that can be made: fewer mis-clicks, better camera control, and quicker execution of the steps!
