I doubt they will be visiting this forum. Your 100% best bet is contacting the world record holder, asking if he can upload it again (or scour on his twitch /youtube channel if it is not already there).

The runner has been inactive for almost two years and they have no contact links on their profile. Their other runs still have videos present, but that one is likely gone.

That's up to the community of the game to decide.
