I would like to try a few speed runs but I only have a xbox one x and twitch thats it basically, I dont want to do anything false but how is the best way to confirm your runs is there someway?

If you can stream to twitch, turn on the option to save past broadcasts, then highlight your times after the stream.

To prove that your runs are valid you will only need video evidence most of the time and sometimes audio. It doesnt have to be streamed

Another simple option is to point a camera at your TV screen.

As long as you have a fully viewable video of your game that doesn't look like a slide show you'll be good
