How would someone become a moderator for a specific game? What are the requirements?

There's a few ways:

1. If you submit a game and it gets accepted you automatically become mod of said game.
2. Request mod AS A LAST RESORT here http://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/63nr7
3. Ask the forums of a game if they need mods.
