Can someone submit an rsg wr into ssg wr because he got wr in the rsg faster than the ssg wr because i dont think there is a rule that say you should type the seed in ssg

First of all: You should ask this in the minecraft forums, not the general site forums. Each game has an individual place for asking questions like this. Second: Probably not, but it won't matter because a random seed wr will absolutely never be faster than ssg. It's impossible.
