If midway through my run i accidently pause the timer but then unpause it and then account for the paused time at the end of the run will it still be allowed on the leaderboards?

It should be fine, as I'll b​e watching and most likely retiming the run anyways to make sure it's all good.

Having a timer present or not (alongside having it paused, unless gameplay is stopped alongside it for a LONG time) does not affect leaderboard legitimacy in any way
