Why is in die% 60fps and 30fps separate from each other.

They are separate from each other because this category is so short that timing has to be to the miliseconds and its a big difference with 60fps or 30fps, so that why.
If you dont know how to check the milliseconds on a yt video check the rules there is a tutorial. (:

Now the timer starts when on the first input in the main level thats why it has been split up in different sub categories
