I'm looking to post a run for the PC category of any% no slots no warp freeFPS, and the submission form is asking what region of the game I'm playing.

The options are NTSC Japan and USA, and Euro PAL.

I did my run on the Steam release of the game, and I'm not sure which region to select, or to just leave it blank. Any help is appreciated.

Region is irrelevant for PC. You can see some people select the USA region or EU region if that's where they're from, but it doesn't matter for anything.
