IGT and RTA
So after reading nearly ALL of this forum something is not very clear for me.
RTA is only for the PC version? If I use emu can I submit a run with IGT? Only PSXJin and Bizhawk are allowed? And a personal question of me, how bad is the RNG in this game apart from the elevator codes? Enemy spawns always seemed identical for what I remember.
If someone can clarify these little doubts thanks in advance.
GOG Release of Dino Crisis 2
Just want to announce the GOG release is approved for Speedruns. After testing it seems to be identical to the Vanilla version so will be usable on the main board. There is still the small chance something is found (we only have so much time in a day to be testing the release) that may require split
