so i have used a mod tool to enable debug mode and i wanna speedrun the game now but i dont know if that now changed gameplay or not.so im asking if i need to reinstall the game now or is it fine?

Editing the data.win file (debug involves editing the data.win file) is banned full stop.

You would either need a download link to an unedited data.win file and swap the debug data.win to the new one or you would need to re-install the game and either play off the new downloaded game or replace the new downloaded data.win file with your other debug one. You can always save the debug data.win and the original one in a seperate folder so then you can swap between them relatively easily as all you would need to do is to copy and paste it in.
