Finally got the load-remover to work, just rusty as all hell haha

Mod Note: Please try and get the load remover to cut out the black screens after races and most notably the white screens before tracks, due to this time being inaccurate due to this.

Mod note 2: removed citadel load -14s and podium RNG timeloss -21.4s (8 good/5 average/3 bad)
