This run went well for the most part although I still think there is time to be saved here, definitely think it can get into the 20 mins time if I push it a lot and don't make any mistakes like I did in Kenya and Sweden.

Overall though this was a great run and I think it's a somewhat decent benchmark for those that want to try this category :)
