f1 please get your act together. As a supermoderator of this game, it is your obligation to follow through on everything. We all know you have a bias against some runners and for others, but please toss that bias aside when you approve and reject speedruns. It's not fair to dethrone SlushPuppy over drama you may have had with him in the past. Sub 1:30 is literally impossible. I know this, you know this, and we all know this. Reject the run at your earliest convenience, or earlier; for our sake. The Cat Mario speedrunning community may be dying, but you have this one final chance to save it. "Timing Starts at Level 1 on the first frame the life counter is shown." - the rules
Clicking Level 1 but immediately warping to Level 4 is basically just as if you were starting on Level 4. You never load the first level. That's not how this works.
Timing starts when Tokonata clicks on level 1 (or the first frame the life counter is shown). This is an "Any%" run, where there are no restrictions when or where you're allowed to warp levels. Tokonata warped earlier than the other runs do, but that does not mean that his run should not be allowed.
