Continuing my push for baseline achievement runs until _frms fixes the speedrun.com categories.
Used Bjorn Ironside, since he can build up a powerful base kingdom fast, which once made outcompetes both brothers with their 5k starting army as those special units don't recover losses. Further, you can vassalize them and make those men your own without fighting, like I did here. Also I didn't even know about the constant x10 gold raider events from having Viking trait while leading your raiders, so that's pretty mad dog.
Got super unlucky with Bjorn dying in his damn 50s, but mostly my fault as I forgot the bottom stress option gave frozen grief/health penalty on spouse death. This forced me to farm up prestige back to Exalted Among Men so I could sweep Wessex in one.
This run should of been one lifetime/sub 20y. so that's free for an intrepid runner.
