Dig and Build Speedrun, basically Build Limit and Reach Bottom combined Rules: 1 Player tries reach the Build Limit and the other reaches the Bottom of the world. Simple Right? time ends when both are reached.

It would be hard to implement it to some categories like Reach Bedrock of Built Limit since those categories can only work on Single-player, but for other categories like All Flowers or All Plants sounds pretty fun
