For anybody that wants to run this category, heed my advice carefully:

• Use English text (Japanese is slower)
• Use original/classic graphics (new is slower for some reason)
• Use original (Organya) music (I think this might save a frame? Better safe than sorry)

Timing notes:

• Opening cutscene (from first textbox to HUD appearing): 142 frames
• Start Point (from HUD appearing to HUD disappearing when entering the door): 90 frames
• Transition out of Start Point (from HUD disappearing to "First Cave" appearing): 38 frames
• Transition into First Cave (from "First Cave" appearing to HUD reappearing): 38 frames
• First Cave (from HUD appearing to the frame Quote explodes): 47 frames

Total: 355 frames = 5.917s.

If you're using the suggested settings and doing the frame-perfect jump in First Cave, all of your numbers should match these except for possibly the Start Point movement, so if you're seeing any discrepancies, blame it on your recording.
