An update patched out a trick letting you jump on enemy heads. This is the fastest I can do on the current patch. I use what I call a boost jump (described below) to get on the hedge. This doesn't give enough height to get on the house like in the old route.

Boost Jump - If you jump as an enemy is walking into your character model, you gain a little extra height on your jump.

In this video you see me shoot an enemy to cause him to take a few steps forward which will place him inside of me. I then jump as he enters my body.
