The titles are for the people who use something like LiveSplit to keep your split times. I do not know how to upload a "split" file just yet. This is just for people who want to make their own "split machines." Some are marked as "No Laws", these are the missions where normal road rules do not apply.

@EmeraldTheFurball Thanks for helping to make the rules more clear for everyone! I don't see what the point of adding the livesplit split titles and people might tell you stuff like "You're not a mod so you can't "add" rules"! I'm not telling you that, thx anyway! :)
@Mars02 I had the titles there for the people who needed/wanted the mission names instead of "Mission 1" or "Mission 17". Just to make it look a bit more "official" so to speak.
@Mars02 I also do not know how to upload split files to make it a lot easier for other drivers who are running this. That's another reason why I just included the mission titles
