fps should not matter as long as you use the in-game timer. It will follow the fps on your game.

If you get sub 26 runs, we'd like to see VOD's. Anything above that you need a screenshot of the speedrun screen with time as proof. It is possible to download hacks and hack the timer so that's why we want VOD's for top runs.
