I am wondering how to compare the WR to my PB by going to Open splits< From speedrun.com< Then search botw< Then download but it won't let me download?

P5 didn't upload his wr splits to splits.io so they won't be featured on his run page. If you want to compare your run to his, then you have to time it and input the times into your own splits manually but if you're just starting to learn the run, which I assume you are, it's probably not the best idea to start comparing to top runs just yet
