I'm just getting into speedrunning and I just wanted to know what the fastest character to speedrun is. I know that it's normally gaige but I don't have any DLC.

Fastest non-DLC character is Zero, but he's significantly harder and more RNG dependent. If you like the game enough to run it, Gaige is well worth the small amount of extra money
