I would assume that due to the reasoning that pc is banned in any% that the same would apply for ILs

What Squid allowed a while ago is that PC would be fine for certain ILs so long as the differences between the versions had no objective time differences (some of my old ILs were from PC version). However, as we learned about the extent of the problems with the PC version we banned it entirely. PC version is now not allowed for full game runs or ILs.
