I have found a couple missing creatures on the QOB list as well as some non tameable creatures (in Crystal Isles havent checked alot of them tho) from every list the titanosaur and the lipluerodon are missing , yet there is no rule saying you dont have to tame them. I believe that you should have to tame them, but that choice is out of my control. Also on the crystal Isles the creature "Glowbug" is not tameable (Not tameable at all I think) and Mantis are not tameable on that map due to no Death worms being available. I will check the rest of the list as well and update if there are any more problems I find

i mean strictly speaking yes the titanosaur should be tamed but at the same time its the titansaur so idk if it should be on the list

Idk I feel like if you are going to do this category you should go out. I completely understand the lipluerodon since its a 30 minute tame and its the rarest ARK creature and small. Its almost impossible to find one without playing for a long time. However the titanosaur is easy to spot and is a 24 hour tame.

You can tame titanos relatively easy by using behemoth gates, and several catapults but what's hard are the liopleurodons they are slow and can't be crypoded that and the 30 minute time limit it's incredible difficult to get it bring it back to your other dinos

well you dont need to bring it back to other dinos. You can just tame it last end the time then press L to show all your tamed dinos

So it looks like you can get death worm horns from purple drops? I dont know how true this is has anyone ever gotten any from a purple drop?

give me a list of the "problematic" dinos for CI and I will check it.

Basilisk is also impossible (no magmasaur / rock drake eggs on CI)

I could have sworn Basilisk could use giga eggs but I am probably wrong. Glowbug and Mantis but mantis is a maybe. I dont know if we would need higher rates to actually get deathworm horns from drops. Also Titanosaur and Lipluerodon are missing from all the list. I dont know if this is intentional or not.

dinos listed as "untameable" (https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Taming):

• should be removed from the QoB-List.

for temporary tames:

• i can understand why they are not listed (btw on Extinction all titans are missing also), they force the runner to finish them as the last tame
• proposal: a poll if temp tames should be added to the QoB-List or not

impossible tames (tameable but not on this map):

• proposal 1: remove them from the QoB-List for this map.
• proposal 2: crossark is allowed, you can travel to another ARK and get your taming resources

I defidently think the temp tames should be added, but I believe a poll would be best to see what the people who are running the categorys feel about them. As for non tameable creatures on the map I dont think you should have to tame them in the end because QOB is to tame every creature on that map. If its not tamable on the map it just should be removed. Not up to me in the end but maybe we can get some more opinions here and on discord?

I honestly couldn't care but frosty's idea seems fine. that being said i dont think anyone is going to run this. personally i think we need more difficulties of any% so we can have categories that dont have as boosted rates but are still more manageable that default that clearly has very little interest

I am going to be doing default over the next couple months. Still it is very little interest, but there should not be a new category rather maybe different rules such as slomo being allowed at the cost of the game time timer being increased

I will fix the lists. I will delete untamable creatures. I do not want to add any temporally creatures. I think that adding new difficulty mode is great idea (x2.5 rates except taming multipliers ... or little bit different).

Makes total sense that you dont wanna add temp creatures, but I am sure you will talk to maverick about it to see 100% what yall wanna do. No matter what I plan to have a QOB and Default run out soon.
