I don't know of a specific place to find one with confidence, but I'm sure somewhere on citra-emu might have one. If not, just look around google.

Basically you have to dump a legit copy of tomodachi life (cannot be through freeshop) get its CIA and download it to the Citra emulator. its a long process but CItra's website explains how to do it.
