To put it simply: Categories get added once there are actually people playing said category.

To explain it further: We have a category request system in the Discord. There exists the so called category forum and the respective category request thread. If you have done a run, show it off in the request thread with the appropriate format (see pinned messages). If it catches on and enough players show support for the category it may get added to the boards.

For now you can sort any IL-Board by if a run used speed glitches or not, thanks to our Annotation called "Speed Glitches".
