I wanted to try doing a long run on my nintendo switch running Android with testing purposes and i have to say I'm a little disappointed with the result, the performance is not terrible but it's not good either. Had to reset the device 3 times + the loading screens are also very slow here, i think i lost nearly an entire hour because of this, i think you can do a sub 2 hour run if you have a good device.
