All of these categories are for full game and stories runs

• No Skips: Put all current runs there, don't allow skipping levels by dying
• Any%: Allow skipping levels
• 100%: Get 3 stars on every level in the game/story

but i feel stories should have the extra categories as well

also move all runs that currently exist to no skips because they don't use skips
