## General Tips

- The game is roughly divided into 3 acts: the start up until you get thrown in prison, the prison section up until the lift gets stuck and then the endgame section. These are the main points of no return where you will be unable to backtrack to pick up missing items.
- Mash the left and right mouse buttons to skip cutscenes and dialogue.
- You can move the mouse cursor while the screen is fading and in out to black for room transitions.
- Use the keyboard shortcuts for the commands- T for Take, O for Open and U for Use. Close is not used. This saves having to click on the interface first. Unfortunately, the "Show" and "Give" commands during dialogue sections do not have keyboard shortcuts.
- If you unlock a door, it stays unlocked. You don't need to reuse the handscanner or the keycard again, just Open it.
- Manage your inventory with the order you pick items up. For example, near the start if you pick up the light then pick up the bulb and combine the bulb with the light *and then* pick up the jar, you don't have to scroll through your inventory to use the damp cloth on the jar as they'll be on the same line.

## Act I

- The hanger exit must be examined or tried to be opened once before it becomes a dialogue option with the hanger robot to actually unlock it.
- The memory card can not be used on the hanger robot directly- you must start talking then Give it to him.
- Resizing the spacesuits to pick them up is not necessary to complete the game.
- The paint brush and the tin of paint are not used (and you do not need to enter the room with the paint brush at all).
- The dried food hidden behind the locker is a key item required in Act II..
- Use the jar of water on Quenivis directly- you don't need to talk to him first to find out he's thirsty and you can't "Give" it to him in dialogue.
- The only dialogue needed is asking if he has anything for you and then say goodbye.
- The duct maze layout never changes so no need to get the AI terminal to print the map.
- After asking the AI to add your handprint to the scanner, be sure to walk backwards one screen to it instead of going through the other door as it is one way only.

## Act II

- You only need to pick up the left and middle keycards off the ground in front of the door.
- Don't forget to search Angelo's body. While there are other items on his body, the last part of the locator beacon is the only mandatory one and forgetting to search him will softlock you in Act III.
- You only need to enter the room with the crew once. Don't forget to try to pick up the grease to spawn it in the ducts.
- Talk to Randell and give him the dried food immediately then stop talking to have him distracted for disconnecting the cable.
- Do not try to use vending machine without using the wire cutter on the cable.
- The room behind the maintenance shaft door sealed with green slime will turn you around unless you have the light combined with the second bulb.

## Act III

- Do not go into the first room on the right after exiting out of the maintenance ducts- the only thing to do in it is solve the door puzzle to exit back to the previous room.
- You don't need to take the bonzai plant- the key can be picked up from underneath it directly.
- Don't forget to pick up the red bulb and the plastic.
- Before leaving to rescue Cara- use the terminal, then use the handscanner then use the terminal and try to access info on the self destruct. This is necessary for your access level to be a dialogue option with the Captain later.
- Don't click on Cara on the space walk to move forward- click on the empty space section below her and the walkway.
- You don't need to talk with Shorts fully- start conversation then Give him the booze. It's the opposite of the Quenvis interaction.
- When talking to the Captain, mash through all the dialogue until it exits. If you have done everything right, you should see your inventory rearrange as you give items to him. If it doesn't, you may have forgotten to pick up both parts of the locator beacon (in the left prison cell and on Angelo's body).
- Using the terminal the last time, don't Give the terminal the self destruct key until you trigger the cutscene showing the space station's crew evacuating. Doing it before this will cause a Game Over.
