are you using splits to time?

for fastest lap and all laps, is it ok to record the replay instead of recording the race when you do it? it would be great so i wouldn't have to edit out all the extra runs.

well, you don't have to focus for all 4 laps. I'm trying to think of an analogy right now but I can't think of one right now.

there is a lot more runs submitted for all laps than fastest lap. which is a shame because fastest lap is the same thing as all laps but you don't have to do all four of the laps. it gets kind of annoying if I want to beat a run and I have to keep repeating those four laps over and over which usually takes 3~ mins and with fastest lap, some of the times are just under a minute. so, I'm just trying to encourage people to do some fastest lap runs too.

i found this user by the name of "MULLINS" on youtube and they do fastest lap speedruns, (to my knowledge) they haven't submitted any of them but he has found some great techniques and skips for tracks, i will link them here:

i found out that in the resources that there is a save for race speedruns and it starts out with enough cr to buy any of the starter race cars, no street though...

ok, so you just have to get to race or street, than start the run at either. do you have to start out with 0cr first? or how does it work.

edit: also i did not mean to do all the derby races/cups, because in my run i just got the money to get a race car from derby,

For both race and street runs, do i have to start at derby than get to race or street? Or do i just start the run at the first race or street race
