United StatesI did a Jumpless run for fun and I think it would make a good addition to the leaderboards. Having 2 categories seems fun and i don't think this would do any harm to the current leaderboards.
Here is a run i did of it:
When I was taking another look at the IL leader board I noticed that some of the runs aren't timed correctly. It seems like Jadow forgot to time the "intro" text/black screen at the beginning of some of levels.
Can we PLEASE skip the opening cutscene. With IGT it will start the exact time the level starts, and there will be absolutely no delay or discrepancies. All that would be necessary is to make the timer start at 2:27.6, which is extremely simple. Obviously it would be up to the runner whether they skipped the cutscene or not but honestly I think that because the community is not very active it would be ok and possibly encourage people to start running the game again.
Does anyone else think there should be in game time determined by adding up all of the times from each level after each run?
Should there be a supertruck category? I know there is a supertruck alpha category but there isn't a supertruck full version category.
Has anyone gone to the trouble of making an unpack for this, and if so, can someone link it so that anyone can use it.
As many people may know, our mods are dead. Runs take days, even weeks to be verified and sometimes mods aren't online for weeks at a time. Recently, some of the few active runners left in this game, including myself, have been collaborating on what could be done to fix the problem with mods. Xeiz, by far the the biggest driving force within our community, said this today in the portal discord.

He also mentioned that he had begun to make a list of who should no longer be mod but never finished it.

We then decided to finish what Xeiz had started and created a list of all of the current mods and whether or not they should be moderator any longer. We decided to keep Xeiz because of how much he has done for the community with both his video tutorials and being the greatest mod a speedrun.com page could ask for.
To go along with the list of who should not be mod, we also made a list of who the new moderators to replace the old ones could be. These are just ideas, it could be all of them and it could be none of them. Our qualifications for being on this list were that you are active/semi-active within the community, you are trustworthy, you won't try to change anything, and you are knowledgeable about the source engine, not just the fact that you can do what a tutorial said. I hope this all goes over well and that these changes help the community and make maximize efficiency with the verification of runs.
At the beginning of machine you can hit the trigger to close the double doors and then walk back through them before they close. I only saves about 2 seconds but it is something.

Does anyone know of a legacy tutorial I could watch? I want to run this game but my computer can't get the needed 190 fps to do most elevators and so any% is out of the question. I really enjoy this game and legacy is pretty much my only option.
Is there a way to make it so that Livesplit auto splits for you? I was just wondering.
