I think this was posted before but it is working now. The call is the high noon call. So it skips High Noon and gives you another OM 0 call to dupe something else.
Probably not useful because you dont need OM 0 call for Black Project.

I cant get it to work with landing in the marker with the heli. Using a car worked every time for me as long as you kill them fast enough.
If you get a bike after YHYC you can set up the dupe with catalina call (bike school) in less than 2 minutes. There is a bribe star very close so you can also take cop bikes. Driving to bike school did not despawn the heli.
About 1 minute is wasted getting a car and watching the cutscenes , skipping them will only pass the mission once as far as I could tell and then crash the game on next mission
Intensive care is about 3 minutes if you get amazing rng
Im bad at flying so maybe you could land the heli in the marker and save a tiny bit more time/set up the dupe somewhere else

This tries to skip the first 2 objectives of the mission but CJ doesn't have the valet uniform. Also happens in Don Peyote, it starts the cutscene where you pick up paul and maccer then the game crashes.
Yeah thats how it works for me. I was trying to get Riot x3 but it doesn't work. After you pass CTB x2 there is no way to dupe, must be the same as having a mission running normally so starting trucking quarry BB or bike school crashes the game. Duping it with on mission changer gets Riot x3 and you can pass all 3
Missions that work like Black Project and quarry (can dupe it multiple times) - both useless
Fender Ketchup and Trucking Vertical Bird and quarry or trucking.. i forgot which
Fender Ketchup only passes once Vertical Bird softlocks
Also if you dupe cut throat business, Riot starts twice. If you then try and dupe Riot the game crashes EleGiggle

You can dupe black project as many times as you want. If you dupe quarry x10 then start black project it starts 10 times. Also counts as 10 missions done.

Another dupe method using property and burglar. Posted in useless because the timing is so precise it is ridiculous and you only get 1 chance per property.
Buy Property Get phone call directly after to prevent property purchased cutscene Hold call, get in van Release call and start burglar as fast as you can Then cancel and start it again when markers appear on map
Perhaps someone who is good at looking at the code could work out the timing to make it more viable. You will also never be able to use the property.
The mission only started twice btw 1 instance just failed and the car stayed there.

OK I'm an idiot. It DOES work. I had the onmission changer running which was messing with the testing Kappa
So the -15 progress call from denise is consistent.
Load save with badlands complete(may work with just green sabre done, didn't try) Fly back to los santos Drive past denises house between 16:00 and 06:00 The call should happen at 06:20 or so
If you wait directly outside her house it doesnt work. If you dont drive past her house it doesnt work. I even drove past at like 05:50 and the call still happened at 06:20
I tried to set OMF to 0 with lowrider challenge started like last time and it DIDNT work with this call. I could still move in the cutscene though.

Update on terrible dupe method.
Its easy enough to generate a call from denise but the time you get the call is still random. Nick said there are 2 types of glitched calls;
If a player has a progress with a girlfriend of -15 or lower (but not -100 and -999, probably constants for killing girlfriends), then the call will be generated as only player gets within a rectangle of 65 meters with her house in the center
The second type is a usual call, when progress is higher than -15. If a player is within the same rectangle, then game chooses random hour and random minute for next call. This call would happen only if player is within that rectangle again at generated time.
I only tested the second call because i dont understand the conditions of the first 1

Duping with the denise call should work on all los santos after cesar and burning desire are done. Still useless until the denise call is figured out AND you need another call to happen after it. The fact I had another call was just luck in this case(the save was modified by Nick007J) . Also slow unless you can fail the low rider mission some other way than waiting.

Yeah I tried that. The call just never happens and progress doesn't go down. You need to actually hear the phone ring and then cancel it. Which means if you start a mission right after cancelling the call ONMISSION goes to 1 instantly which stops the progress bar until ONMISSION is 0

The phone call that causes it only happens once or twice in any% and is likely to happen near that mission.
I have a save where she calls at the same time when i reload it. As for predicting it I haven't tried but its probably impossible :(
I cant even dupe with this method. I tried walking in right before the call(the timing could just be wrong), being on a mission when the call happens, standing in the marker and letting the call end and none of them work. Anybody else have any ideas how to do it?
The video where cyber dupes he has wanted stars though so it wasn't the phone call. His progress with denise also goes down :/
It's not the phone call that does it but the actual progress bar that pops up. Well my theory anyway. It never appears on missions except when you somehow fluke the timing :D
The phone call could have been scheduled while on mission but the progress with denise wont go down until you aren't on a mission. The phone call and the progress going down happen separately (like 2 seconds apart).
And the progress bar acts really strange if you start a mission right before- sometimes it won't trigger for a while. Which explains why it is delayed until starting that sweet mission.
Going on a date with denise then saving like 5 times made the call consistent for me but yeah is somewhat difficult to predict without that. On some runs the progress will also change right after snail trail when the mission ends.
It HAS to be this right? I mean there is nothing else in the game that would cause it.
