So, if you speedrun an unusual game, how would you get your run approved if nobody looks at it to verify it?

Do I have to record it real time, or if I use the -record param, can I record the demo?

I'm asking because my Laptop isn't super powerful. Recording and streaming at the same time takes up a lot of CPU.

I can do one or the other just fine, but not both at once.

Also seperate question: Does the run have to be 60fps 720p? I can only really record at 30fps 420p.

Hi! I've lurked around for about a year, looking at records and learning a couple of the simpler game techniques.

I've decided to make an account because I do wanna start running for real :D

Don't expect anything crazy though :)

I like playing doom games, because they're not too taxing on my terrible laptop, so I might try to do something from the ID Tech 1 Engine :p
