The real issue with the run is if you can reset your progress or not without starting a new MLSS file.
I added a short explanation to the rules.
The reason for requiring runs to specify whether or not NTR is used is to future proof the leaderboard in case things need to be changed later. NTR's effect on this game is not well explored yet.

A 100% category likely wouldn't gain much support from the M&L community but you are welcome to make up your own definition and run it yourself.

Would you guys be interested in seeing if SRL wants to make this a big race? I feel like there would would be a lot of interest in the mod for this game especially considering NightSky is an excellent blind race.
