there are 2 pretty difficult jumps in the speedrun. If it's the jump I think you're talking about, Try just tapping the jump button instead of holding it down. this may seem coutner intuitive but you actually get more distance. Bonking your head on the ceiling makes you fall faster.

None of the category rules says you cant, and as you can see don't he boards, none of the versions are consistent.

We already sequence break the game pretty heavily with wall jumping and bubble and block jumps.

Yeah it sounds like he's just block jumping into the boss room

Have you tried Highscore.org?

The first thing I would do is slow down the video frame by frame and count the number of frames in between each click. If it is consistent, that's a pretty good indicator of auto-clicking. No Human is going to be able to maintain the same number of frames in between each and every click.

Another Thing I might look for is if the cursor is moving around, though this isn't necessarily an indicator as Laptop players can easily keep the cursor still.

(Also regarding the above concern, Based on the invonsistant clicks and fumbling around to grab some of the upgrades, I don't think it's using an auto clicker.)

In another topic I believe one of the mods said they would be willing to add the categories if people ran them. So do a run, record it and then ask.

While you're at it, you should probably ban the beta version since it has a cookie dungeon that can speed things up a lot too.

It appears that the keyboard glitch hasn't been patched yet, nor has the issue in Board James 3 that breaks the game. It mentions that the deathblocks in The Tower are fixed, but this doesn't seem to be the case at all.

Cactus brought up that we cna now start moving in the levels before they load fully, this could lead to some new or strange cycles.
