Hey guys, I was curious what the rules are as far as using a PS2 emulator goes, also which emulator's are allowed ect.

Just kinda curious, I've noticed there isn't any runs of this game on the Sega Saturn. I'm just curious as to why that is. I assume it must be a slower console to run on.
