I personally believe cheat codes involve start screen inputs &/or something that drastically enhances gameplay, like double damage or extra life type stuff.. not something involving a hidden character change. There are several fighting games, and racing games for that matter with hidden cars & characters where you press a specific button on a specific screen to select them, I don't believe thats cheating at all, I just believe its a hidden option. Most speedrun games allow this as well, Cruisn USA allows the Jeep, Cop Car, & School bus, mortal Kombats allows hidden characters, same with street fighter, fairly confident soul caliber allows hidden characters as well however I haven't fact checked that. Also DKR allows the TTWizard. Its not really a cheat, more or less a hidden form of character selection.
But I see your point so ill stand down. Guess any run with the blood cheat activated will also have to be removed, ill go through all the runs and post the runs below which utilized the blood cheat.
Ill update as soon as I get the time, I plan on running this game again soon so I wouldn't want anyone utilizing blood cheats if its not allowed.

There was a time when we had more active runners than Mario Kart. I was proud of that, and its sad what happened. You all turned on me, probably the most toxic thing I've ever witnessed, and it happened to me. Weeks of volunteered time, bounty contests, I was about to promote it on SRC official streams and backed out right before the scheduled slot because you guys drained enough out of me.

I was frustrated how toxic the community had become which is why I was upset & left, I wasn't banned during my runs, they banned me after I left because my friends were joining the discord and sticking up for me, we all sat and watched this happen day after day and thought it was ridiculous. Wouldnt say I was being hostile, I personally don't know what made you guys feel endangered in any way. But yeah, anyways thanks for accepting the run, ill be moving on from this dramatic incident that had been essentially fished for. Its easy to hate someone for trying to grow a community, when the community wants to remain stagnant. I wasn't willing to wait weeks for voting on tiny things like a discord link, was affecting my life pushing for changes that were proven to have grown the community as it was. Mike was an individual I brought on because I needed help with the changes, and he's essentially what caused all of this, worst mistake I've ever made. Take care guys

& GMP trust me I don't intend on ever wasting my time promoting on this TOS disaster ever again. Growing a community on SRC is down-right evil apparently, I mean i don't know what I was thinking... sharing the news of an updated board? Thats just bad business I realize that now... All these ads I see on my screen right now are essentially the same thing, but let's take a moment to thank them for great ads such as TipTop mens casualwear & businesswear.. I personally can't wait to sign up for exclusive offers.. oh how about the Astro NXT GEN ads i see 1000 times a day, damn... gotta love those ones, so greatful they pay SRC so we can continue to get these huge developer updates that don't appear to be showing yet, maybe I just need to update my browser & than they'll show up.. I personally cannot believe how scummy I was not paying SRC to talk about changes made to the Cruisn board that I volunteered weeks of my time too. I can't believe what I was thinking, ill never forgive myself. I'm sure if I paid I could also have got an ad on this site as well. Yeah let's pay SRC to grow SRC. It makes so much sense, my mind was so gone back than don't know what I was thinking.
Theyd probably just keep the category together, that being said, nobody said you couldn't run with other characters. Just do a run with whoever you want, I mean if its faster than its faster right? no ones really bothered to test it is all, this game is still in the meme stages with minimal strat, however I'm fairly sure shaq is fastest in the genesis version, as his spam kicks do the most damage, which ends fights fast.
Rules even state any setting is allowed & all you do to change character is go into sound test settings. Says it in the manual so its not a cheat, SNES runs use whoever they want as well. Give it a go and see if you get a good time. I'd personally like to see a speed innovation of any kind, however I'd prefer if a island skip-clip was discovered.
I'll have a run to submit for Terrain SC% soon, but i'm starting out on a 10 year plan to speedrun all 393 N64 games, Any% or 100%, and Ill need to 100% this one eventually. That only leaves me about 9, maybe 10 days to complete a decent run for a game & i've been running this game for probably 5 now, as its the first game I chose to do, & this one would take me way too long without the other 5 build orders to negotiate, so i'll have to move on for now. I'd like to return to this immediately upon seeing a 100% guide, as to where i'll grind this game for an additional 10 days, as most games aren't going to take me that long.

More runs will come if these tutorials are written, ive wanted to do a run for years, and finally just decided to watch your video 2-3 times pre attempts, 2-3 more times while attempting for comparison, and 2-3 more times here and there, after i finished the run once, just for reminders on certain details to learn haha, I supposed I could of just watched it once or twice, & wrote notes but by the time I thought of that, it was too late, it was an informative video, only points missed were where to find the build order, & minor points were missed like how to avoid the enemy ghost, cloaking and locking up Jim Raynor on mission 10 i think.. but yes, build orders for all 6 campaigns would be great & minor things to watch out for.
Not saying you need to do it, but anyone that sees this, that wants to make an n64 6 campaign 100% speedrun guide, that would actually be incredible. & if we require New Game file everytime, maybe level skip discoveries will come as a result, which would lead to any%.
Just some ideas, most important is the 6 build orders, in guides.
People can learn over time to micro, as long as they have the build orders.
