So, the rules for Section 2 runs (Any% and Obliteration) have some obvious rules; when the time starts, when it ends, you need a save with Section 1 Obliteration on it, etc.

However, there's some things with it that aren't made very clear; such as: -What weapons do we have to start with? Are we allowed to have Kris start with the Toy Knife, or do we need to go into Section 2 with the Pencil? -Are we allowed to bring any items into the second section from Section 1, such as the pie slice, monster candies, etc.? -What about G? That variable will most likely differ from person to person, allowing advantages or disadvantages when it comes to the shops in Section 2 (this point might be a bit of a stretch, but I'm not sure)

I feel there either needs to be some clarifying on what items can and can't be brought in/started with, or a pre-set save at the Box Road that all speedruns must use in order to be valid.
