Yeah getting to the castle roof early is possible (and very easy for that matter if you know what you're doing) but Yoshi still doesn't spawn until you have 120 stars.

if you're on emulator you can just map the buttons to how you want it. i suppose maybe if you were okay with playing on GC on console you could get a raphnet adapter and remap the c-buttons using that. that might actually be better imo if you're coming from the switch and you've been using the stick for the camera. if you're playing on wiivc there isn't a way that i know of to remap buttons.

as far as i know you have to use regular mupen on linux, but i could be wrong

king bobomb is way too long and since you don't have wing cap reds and island in the sky are also pretty slow

i use a window capture on pj64. you'll probably need to do a little bit of cropping but it works fine

Yeah any controller is allowed as long as you don't do things you can't do on an original brick controller (L+R, Turbo, etc.)

also think about it for a second. if kanno did do lblj and he posted it on the no lblj board, it would've gotten rejected. if you found this video on the no lblj board and you claim that lblj was done then you need to get some trifocals or something

you could do a run like that but making it a separate category is completely pointless. if i had to guess you'd be lucky to get sub 25 with that route
