I have updated the rules for classics, HD and BFE. General rules are now in the "Game Rules" tab. I added a list of allowed commands for every game. 100% has been renamed to Max% and there will be a link in the rules to the SS wiki with info on which levels are bugged.

The use of glitches is now banned. This is because there is no easy way to downgrade to an earlier version. Since new glitches are often introduced with patches and later fixed in another patch, it would be unfair if runners kept unpatched versions of their game and used glitches which other runners can't access.

If there's any glitches you think should be allowed that have been working since 1.0, list them here and we can discuss them.

IGT is now used for ILs. It's judged to be precise enough and it makes missions much easier to time.

-Fast (2.0) game speed is required wherever it's possible -Manual pausing is not allowed -Buffering inputs during loading is allowed -Showing score screen/return to map is required to see the final IGT

RTA is still accepted as an alternate time, if you have a slow PC and think your IGT is way off then let me know.

Old, major glitches that have been fixed in the latest version are banned, such as queue-canceling. This is because there is no way to downgrade the game version

This glitch was introduced in CU8 and fixed in CU10, and allowed for huge economic cheeses.

Other glitches that still work in the latest version are allowed, ie the Stone Age glitch and edge walking.

When you submit an IL, you can now choose between CU1-7, CU8 and Unpatched.

I asked a supermod to remove me as mod from the Unreal-series but it only removed me from the series itself not the individual games. I want to be removed from all of them.

I've added a program which lets you change version easily for BW, in case anyone wants to do runs on older versions.

It only works for BW and not SC:R. If you have only SC:R installed, I think you can copy the SC:R installation folder and then turn off Express Mode in SCV Selector and choose the copied folder manually to have both SC:R and BW with older versions installed. I can't test this right now but I'll be able to confirm it later.

EDIT: Confirmed to work on a copied folder, which is useful for having multiple versions of BW installed at the same time.

So I've been running some SC:R and I was wondering how it should be included in the leaderboards. My suggestion is to keep SC and SC:R records together and just add a tag that says if the run was done in SC or SC:R.

Obviously there are some advantages to playing in SC:R (higher resolution being the major one) but I don't think they are enough to warrant a whole new category. It's the same game after all, and people can still compare SC runs to other SC runs if the tags are used.
